Excalibur is the tentative first steps into what will hopefully eventually become a PhD, I am fascinated by the folklore that surrounds ancient stone sites across the UK. King Arthur features in them quite regularly, more so in Wales and Cornwall than any other figure. Another aim whilst researching and creating a body of work for this magazine is to visit sites across the UK that hold links to this mythical figure. To aid in this I have made another Instagram account called Arthuran.antiquarian where I will share my insights into Arthurian folklore across Britain and beyond.
